We need a 360º, analytical and data-driven person to take full ownership of our Operations. Go-to-action attitude is crucial in this job, so we need a thinker but also a problem-solver with a 100% hands-on attitude.
For this role you need a well rounded entrepreneurial personality and diverse skills to build our operations from scratch as well as hire and build an ops team as necessary. Your role will play a key part in the success of Pulpo and you will deal with multiple concurrent decisions in very, including topics such as supply management, ops planning, performance analysis, team management and much more.
