💌 The position: Operations Manager

We need a hands on 360º, analytical and data-driven person to support our Head of Operations. Go-to-action attitude is crucial in this job a problem-solver with a 100% hands-on attitude.

For this role you need to be a problem solver, with a well rounded entrepreneurial personality and diverse skills to support our operations efforts. Your role will play a key part in the success of Pulpo and dealing with supply management, ops planning, performance analysis, team management, setting pickup points across the city and much more.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Work with the Head of Operations to execute the operation strategy
• Be responsible for the on the ground operations, and make sure that operations run smoothly from fulfilment to pickup of goods
• Build the pickup points network and MFC networkOperations team, by hiring, training and mentoring your team members
• Work with local providers, local partners, and local vendors to ensure the best in class operations.
